Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across various apartments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept tidy, sanitized, and presentable, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for visitors. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to maintain health standards
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a polished appearance
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a professional attitude while working independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety guidelines
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
