Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Esthetician or Skin Care Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, providing exceptional services to clients while promoting products and other services.
Hours per week: 28-36
Your work week would be Tuesday to Saturday
Duties:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing and tinting
- Retail sales
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Utilize hospitality skills to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional services or products
- Assist with front desk duties
Qualifications
- Esthetics/Skin Care Tech license or apprenticeship
- Proficiency in skin care, waxing, lash and brow tinting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales practices within the spa industry
*Existing clientele or experience would be an asset

- esthetician or skin tech: 2 years (preferred)

- Manitoba Esthetics/Skin Tech License /apprenticeship/permit (required)
