Edion Staffing Agency is expanding and seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Commission-Based Sales Representative to help grow our client base across Ontario.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, prospecting for new business, and earning income based on performance. If you are confident in your ability to bring in new clients and want flexibility with strong earning potential, we would like to hear from you.
Compensation Structure (Please Read Carefully)
- This is a commission-only independent contractor role.
You earn:
- $500 Monthly Retainer
- 20% of gross profit generated from clients you personally secure
- Commission is paid for the first six (6) months of active billing per client
- No earning cap — your income scales with production
- Net profit is defined as collected client revenue minus direct payroll costs (wages, statutory payroll burden, WSIB).
- High-performing representatives can generate substantial annual earnings based on performance. Results depend entirely on business secured.
This structure allows motivated sales representatives to build a portfolio of clients and earn performance-based income as new business grows.
Earning Potential
Based on performance and client acquisition, representatives may earn up to $95,000 per year or more.
Your Role
- Your responsibility is simple and focused: generate and secure new staffing partnerships.
- EDION manages recruitment, payroll, compliance, and service delivery.
You will:
- Identify and connect with businesses that require staffing support
- Introduce Edion Staffing Agency’s services to potential clients
- Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
- Qualify staffing needs and coordinate introductions with our internal team
- Maintain a simple pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
- Help secure new service agreements with organizations needing temporary or contract staffing
This is a true business development role.
