We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Floor and Stockroom Associate. This role goes beyond just a job, it’s an opportunity to become a key part of our team, with strong potential for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming retail shipments to help verify accuracy and product quality and assist with stocking retail shelves.
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels by participating in regular stock counts and audits.
- Help record and track incoming and outgoing customer pickup orders using inventory systems.
- Work in a highly hands-on, customer-focused environment, assisting customers on the sales floor with locating products, answering questions, and providing friendly, attentive service, while also supporting basic cashier duties such as processing transactions.
- Help customers carry purchases to their vehicles when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom to ensure easy access to products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory, loss prevention, and safety.
Requirements:
- This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a customer focused retail environment.
- Work at a fast pace and effectively multitask throughout the day.
- Possess strong upper body strength and capability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently.
- Be polite, professional, and helpful when interacting with customers, whether on the sales floor or assisting with inquiries.
- Comfortable in a rapidly growing and evolving work environment.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience with ERP systems is an asset.
- Available for full-time work, five days per week, with day shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday.
