JJN Realty Brokerage Inc. is seeking a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative to join our new home sales division.
This is not a typical commission-only resale position. We are offering a structured, builder-aligned opportunity with leads and active inventory provided.
We are looking for a driven professional committed to delivering an exceptional custom service program and representing new home communities with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Immediate and consistent follow-up on brokerage-provided leads
- Manage prospects through the full new home sales cycle
- Host and represent the brokerage at the model home as required
- Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and pipeline management
- Collaborate with builder and internal teams

- Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative (Ontario)
- Energetic, polished, and self-motivated
- Strong follow-up discipline and closing ability
- Comfortable working weekends and model home hours

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
