About Us
Classic Affairs by Jenna is a boutique wedding planning business dedicated to creating unforgettable celebrations. We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative self-starter to help manage our day-to-day operations and social media presence, and to work hands-on as a wedding planner on event days.
About the Role
This is a dual role: day-to-day Operations & Social Media Manager, plus on-site Wedding Planner support for a set list of upcoming events. Most operations and social media work can be done remotely, with in-person time required for the specific event dates below (plus occasional planning sessions or shoots).

What You'll Do
Wedding Day Planning (on the dates listed above)
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue staff
- Manage the day-of timeline and keep the event running smoothly
- Coordinate setup, vendor arrivals, and any last-minute problem-solving
- Support the couple and wedding party so their day runs seamlessly
Operations
- Manage client communications and scheduling through our CRM (Dubsado)
- Coordinate and help host client calls via Zoom
- Keep our website (Wix) updated with current information, galleries, and testimonials
- Support general administrative tasks — email organization, calendar management, vendor reach out for quotes and follow-ups
- Help streamline day-to-day workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Mood board creation
- Inquiry & Leads tracker management
Social Media
- Plan, design, and schedule content for Instagram & TikTok
- Create graphics and visual content using Canva
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and grow our online community
- Track performance and suggest content strategies based on what resonates (KPI, Metrics)
What We're Looking For
- Availability on all dates listed above, this is required, not flexible
- Experience as a wedding or event planner/coordinator (day-of coordination experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with social media management (Instagram required; other platforms a plus)
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Zoom, and CRM platforms (Dubsado experience a plus)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple moving pieces independently
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with light supervision
- Hybrid role; partial in office, onsite at events with some opportunity to work from home

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
