Landscaping Labourer & Maintenance Worker
We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Landscaping Labourers & Maintenance Workers to join our growing team. This position involves a variety of outdoor property maintenance and landscaping duties for commercial and residential properties, along with other duties within our company.
The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, works well with others, and takes pride in maintaining clean and professional-looking properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
- Weeding, pruning, planting, and flower bed maintenance
- Spring and fall clean-ups
- Operating landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Property clean-up and debris removal
- Assisting with landscape installations and other labour tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite
- Following safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in landscaping or maintenance is an asset but not required
