Efes Turkish Cuisine is looking for an experienced Server / Bartender to join our team.
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional team member who can provide excellent customer service, take food and drink orders, prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
As part of our front-of-house staff, you will create a welcoming environment for our guests while delivering exceptional food and beverage service. We value professionalism, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
- Process payments and handle cash or POS transactions responsibly
- Follow all food safety, alcohol, and workplace health guidelines
- Work closely with teammates to ensure a smooth dining experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant/bar
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, wine, and mixology (asset)
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
