Duties

- Previous Japanese restaurant experience is preferred
- Japanese or Chinese speaking is a bonus
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles with a focus on sales-driven environments
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell merchandise confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Experience in merchandising, inventory management, or technical sales is advantageous but not required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
