As a specialist, you are the face of our brand, providing premium design consultations, precise measurements, and expert installations for high-end residential and commercial window treatments.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. We are looking for self-motivated professionals who thrive on independence and excellence. You will be responsible for the full client lifecycle, from the initial discovery call to the final, flawless installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultation & Design: Meet with clients to understand their aesthetic and functional needs, offering professional advice on high-end window treatment solutions.
- Precision Measurement: Conduct accurate, on-site measurements to ensure perfect fit and performance for all window coverings.
- Sales Execution: Confidently present quotes, manage client expectations, and close sales while maintaining the elevated standards of the Panteriors brand.
- Professional Installation: Expertly install custom blinds, shades, and draperies, ensuring every detail meets our "Global Artistry" quality standard.
- Warranty Service: Provide prompt and professional service for products during their warranty period, ensuring client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
