Lead Generator
Overview:
Gemstar and Gems Security is a dynamic security systems and guard service company specializing in tailored security and emergency communication solutions for commercial, high-rise residential, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Duties:
- Utilize expertise in business development and sales to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and negotiate favorable terms.
- Employ market research techniques to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Execute telemarketing strategies to engage prospects and promote our technology sales offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support inside sales initiatives and enhance customer service experiences.
Experience:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a Security Industry or similar experience
- Strong ability to communicate persuasively and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with market trends and sales techniques.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or technology sales is a plus.
- Exceptional skills in inside sales and customer service.
