We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be preparing doughs, scooping cookies, packaging orders, daily bakery operations, assist with food preparation, and ensure a clean environment. shifts are not flexible and are tuesday 2-9 pm, wednesday 8am-4pm, with a potential call in shift Thursday from 9am-5pm.
This is a fast paced environment with very independent work - we are seeking someone with experience but willing to train should the right candidate apply.
This role offers an opportunity to move into full time employment with an extra shift Monday, with frequent pay raises based on performance.
Duties
- Prepare baked goods and assist with food production according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area, including equipment and work surfaces
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks during busy periods
- Follow all food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or bakery operations preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is beneficial but not required
