Experienced Cabinet Maker
Blue Ribbon Millwork Corp. is a growing family-owned custom millwork company based in Edmonton, Alberta. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial cabinetry and millwork, building custom projects with precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
We’re looking for a Cabinet Maker to join our team. Experienced cabinet makers are encouraged to apply. We will also consider motivated candidates with relevant woodworking or millwork experience who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Position Details
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience, demonstrated skill, and overall fit.
The lower end of the wage range is intended for candidates with limited cabinet-making experience who possess the attitude, reliability, and work ethic we’re looking for. Experienced cabinet makers who can demonstrate strong skills and quality workmanship will be compensated accordingly. Performance and wage reviews are conducted as employees demonstrate competency and growth within the role.
Responsibilities
As part of our shop team, you will be involved in all aspects of cabinet manufacturing, including:
- Cabinet assembly
- Reading shop drawings
- Cutting and preparing materials
- Edge banding
- Operating woodworking machinery, including CNC and dowel machines
- Sanding and finishing preparation
- Assisting with painting and finishing
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop
- Working with the team to complete custom millwork projects on schedule
Applicants should already have experience working in a cabinet, woodworking, or millwork environment. While we provide training on our shop’s processes and equipment, we are looking for individuals who are comfortable using standard woodworking tools and are committed to producing quality work.

Physical Requirements
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
