G&J Construction Group L.P. is seeking all positions for current 2026 construction paving program throughout the city of Edmonton and area Rakers, roller operators, and laborer's.
We offer for the right candidates year round employment, including street sweeping, snow removal and winter paving.
Class 5 license with Air Brakes is Preferred.
Able to work long hours.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening

Key responsibilities
- Assist the crews with equipment operation or labourer duties
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labour
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment prior to the start of work
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform other duties as required
- Comply with all safety policies and participate in any training G&J requires for the position
- Able to work in all weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
