Your Role as the Physiotherapist:
- Deliver exceptional therapy tailored to the client's needs.
- Consult and create individualized treatment plans to improve wellness and recovery.
- Retain and build a thriving client base by creating proper treatment plans that build to the clients towards their goal from the acute phase of injuries to the return to life or sport phases, where you are helping guide them to build resiliency, and acquiring new referrals from satisfied clients.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to provide integrated care plans to help clients meet their goals
- Educate clients on self-care techniques to extend the benefits of their treatments.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active Physiotherapy license
- registration in good standing in the College of Complementary Health Professionals BC
- Liability insurance
- Ability to create proper treatment plans and ensure clients are meeting their goals.
- Ability to retain and build a steady client base.
- A passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to maintaining professionalism and high standards of care
- Great Charting habits (this is very important).
- BONUS SKILLS: vestibular certification, concussion training, IMS certification, scoliosis certifications.
