We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and energetic individual to join our team as a Genesis Valet Driver. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining vehicles, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting dealership operations, maintaining the appearance of dealership vehicles, and ensuring customers receive a positive and professional experience at every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely move, organize, and park vehicles within designated dealership areas
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer and dealership vehicles through washing, vacuuming, and detailing as required
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and document vehicle condition accurately
- Assist with customer vehicle check-ins following dealership procedures and protocols
- Provide shuttle and valet services for customers as needed
- Pick up and deliver vehicles and/or customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Drive responsibly with proper regard for road, traffic, and weather conditions
- Help maximize lot organization and efficient use of parking space
- Monitor vehicle fuel and fluid levels and report any concerns
- Assist with new vehicle deliveries from the factory when required
- Support various dealership departments with general duties as assigned by management
- Ensure all vehicles displayed on the lot are clean, presentable, and showroom-ready
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
