Job Title: Labourer/Yard Hand (Fabrication Support)

We are seeking a Labourer/Yard Hand to assist in our yard operations and provide hands-on support in the fabrication process. If you’re eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do: Assist in yard operations, including material handling, loading, and unloading.
Support the fabrication process by cutting materials on saws and drilling holes as needed.
Prepare and organize materials for fabrication projects.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Operate basic tools and equipment (saws, drills, grinders, etc.) under supervision.
Collaborate with fabricators and welders to ensure efficient workflow.
Perform general labor tasks to support production and project timelines.
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar hands-on role (1+ years preferred).
Basic knowledge of using tools like saws, drills, or grinders is a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Team player with good communication skills and a focus on safety.
Valid driver’s license or forklift certification is an asset but not required.
