We’re currently seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our valued Service customers. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every guest who calls or visits our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule service appointments with efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Porsche brand
What We’re Looking For:
- A cheerful, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Previous experience in a dealership or call centre is an asset
- Proficiency with computers and booking software
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
