Field Performance Manager
Signing Bonus $2500, after 6 months.
We are looking for an elite landscape maintenance professional to join our team as a Field Performance Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving site quality, crew efficiency, training, and client retention across our maintenance division.
You will visit townhouse, condo, and commercial properties to:
- Audit site quality
- Train and coach crews and foremen
- Demonstrate best practices on-site
- Improve efficiency and production
- Ensure company standards are consistently followed
This is not a desk job. We want someone who leads from the front and can physically jump in with crews when needed.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Horticulturist certification
- Strong landscape maintenance experience
- Leadership ability
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to hold crews accountable
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation:
- $65,000 salary
- Company vehicle during work hours
- $2,500 signing bonus after 6 months
