ADVERTISING COORDINATOR
Contract
Salary Range $52,560 to $56,130 per annum
Placement within the hiring range is based on skills and experience

The job involves:

Developing and executing advertising campaigns for television, radio, out of home and print media, direct mail, creative development, on site collateral, media placement and print production

Acting as a liaison between internal casino clients and advertising/media buying agencies to assist in planning and developing marketing campaigns, driving best in class delivery of results

Overseeing the creative process from concept through final approved product to ensure alignment with strategy, accuracy and monitor quality and supply of all advertising/collateral

Collaborate with design teams both in-house and agency side to develop engaging creative for use across media channels (including online, out of home, print, television, radio & social)

Optimizes marketing channels by introducing new and evolving technologies and approaches

Responsible for the strict adherence to the Marketing department’s compliance policies, internal control procedures, Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario control specifications and the Casino’s policies and procedures

Contributes to develop and optimize KPIs on all campaigns, programs, events, sponsorships, marketing efforts across a variety of media

Contributes to the development of the advertising budget, monitors progress throughout the year, reports on variances and takes corrective action when necessary

Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
The ideal candidate has:

College diploma in Advertising/Marketing or related field

Minimum 1 – 3 years advertising experience in a corporate marketing environment or advertising agency, marketing related gaming experience

Demonstrated experience with production specs, file types and the ability to discuss with vendors

Experience with all aspects of purchasing methods and procedures an asset

Proven ability to work on multiple projects within a strictly regulated work environment

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft office, web software, Adobe products with an understanding of graphics software
