We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaner to join our team to service multiple rental units. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently with high standards, and can adapt to a flexible schedule.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (on-call)
- Schedule: Flexible; weekdays, weekends, and holidays required based on bookings
- Start Date: May 11, 2026
Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hour, based on experience and performance
- 50% employer-paid dental and medical benefits after 3 months of full-time employment

- $2/hour summer bonus for working and completing May to October
Responsibilities
- Clean and reset Airbnb/short-term rental units between guest stays
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change and launder linens and towels
- Restock supplies and report low inventory
- Inspect units for damages or maintenance issues
- Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Work efficiently to meet guest check-in deadlines
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (Airbnb, hotel, or residential an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
- Alberta Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work flexible and on-call shifts
