We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic functioning, maintain high-quality patient care, and lead administrative and clinical staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, proficiency with electronic medical records - Accuro EMR, and a solid understanding of medical office. The Clinic Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing training and performance evaluations
- Oversee billing, coding, and documentation using systems such as Accuro and electronic medical records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards
- Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Implement policies to improve patient experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care in medical settings
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for clinical operations
- Stay updated on industry best practices related to medical office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical office management, preferably with EMR, Billing and Referral process. Completing required tasks and referrals.
- Strong knowledge of electronic health records system.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, billing processes, budgeting, and human resources management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, patients, and external partners
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to medical offices or hospitals

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
