We are a local wholesale distributor of food packaging, shipping supplies and janitorial products, serving Vancouver Island. Our office and warehouse are located in the Keating Industrial Park, Central Saanich. You would be part of our valued Customer Service Team.
Skills and Aptitude:
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- A Grade 12 graduate or further education
- Comfortable with basic math
- Knowledge in Microsoft, including Word and Excel
Position Includes:
- Receiving telephone, email and in person inquires, from both new and existing customers
- Generating customer orders on our industry specific software
- Office duties such as point of sale transactions, document scanning and ordering supplies
Victoria Box & Paper is an employee orientated company offering a congenial working environment. Monday to Friday 30-35 hours/week, $24.00 - $28.00 to start based upon experience. Temporary position, approx. 4 months with the possibility of extention.
