What You'll Do:
- Leverage cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to prospect and acquire new clients shipping freight across Canada and the USA.
- Serve as a consultant, building collaborative relationships and providing customer-centric solutions.
- Target large enterprises and SMBs, managing the entire sales cycle from initial acquisition to long-term growth.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to identify and seize growth opportunities within client portfolios.
- Apply diverse sales methodologies to tailor solutions for clients and foster lasting relationships.
- Drive portfolio growth by consistently delivering sales excellence and client satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience—a strong book of business is a plus.
- 2+ year of experience in the Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain industry.
- Proven ability to meet quotas and exceed targets in a sales-driven environment.
- A creative, resourceful mindset for connecting with prospects and generating new business.
- Expertise in researching, qualifying clients, and managing a thriving sales pipeline.
- A history of high performance, excelling in challenging situations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
