Pristine Roofing & Siding is a well-established exterior renovation company serving Winnipeg since 1998. We’ve completed over 15,000 projects and built a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
We are looking for an independent, commission-based sales professional who wants to work with a trusted company while maintaining full control over their schedule and income.
This is not an employee position - this is an opportunity for a self-driven individual to partner with us and generate revenue through closed deals.
About the Role:
This is a field-based, in-home sales role.
You will be responsible for generating your own leads, meeting homeowners, assessing their needs, and closing deals for roofing, siding, windows, and exterior renovation projects.
We may provide occasional leads and support, but this role is primarily for someone who is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Generate your own leads
- Meet homeowners on-site across Winnipeg
- Perform basic measurements and assess project scope
- Present solutions and prepare estimates according the our company requirments.
- Close deals and secure signed contracts
- Submit completed jobs to our team for fulfillment
- Maintain professional communication with customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales (preferably in-home or construction/exterior sales)
- Strong ability to close deals independently
- Strong spoken English required (must confidently communicate with homeowners)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working without supervision
- Ability to generate your own leads
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (daily travel required)

Compensation:
- 100% commission-based
