Remo General Contracting Ltd. is looking to hire a Site Supervisor with COR experience for the construction of a 65,000 square foot new school in Brampton Ontario.
- Provide full time Site Supervision
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with on-site safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Effectively schedule projects to ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget and on target
- Maintaining and updating construction schedule, managing priorities and meeting milestones
- Maintain accessibility and ongoing communication on a full time basis with project manager, consultants, suppliers, client representatives, municipal and regional authorities
- Conducting inspections as required
- Ensuring daily work reports as well as work plans are up to date
- Ensuring deficiencies are managed and correct up to company standards
- Salary is commensurate with experience
Requirements:
- Canadian ICI construction experience is a must
- Minimum 5 years Site Supervisor experience
- Blueprint reading skills
- Have all necessary training/certifications
- Detail orientated individual, who can anticipate constructability issues and create solutions to conform to budgetary and scheduling parameters
- Extensive health and safety knowledge
- Strong leadership and ability to multitask within a fast paced work environment
- Proficient in word, excel, outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication
