We are currently seeking an experienced baker to join our team, someone who possesses excellent baking skills and a passion for creativity. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Crepe Cake, Cheese Cake, Mousse Cake, and Roll Cake. Although we offer flexible working hours, some early mornings and weekends will be required. L'otus is growing rapidly, and we are seeking individuals who share our passion for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Baking a variety of Crepe Cake, Cheese Cake, Mousse Cake, and Roll Cake.
- Ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following recipes and using baking equipment properly.
- Assisting customers with purchases and answering product-related questions.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of baking experience, especially in frosting.
- Foodsafe level 1 is plus
- Skills in Crepe Cake, Cheese Cake, Mousse Cake, and Roll Cake.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
