We are hiring Account Managers to join our Saint John and/or Fredericton teams. This is your opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that values culture, recognition, and professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional day-to-day service to a portfolio of members, building trust and loyalty.
- Manage new business, renewals, endorsements, cross-selling, and claims reporting.
- Conduct annual policy reviews to ensure members have the right protection.
- Actively seek new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to solve problems and support members.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand skills and stay ahead in the insurance industry.
Who You Are:
- Licensed insurance professional (CAIB, or CIP/FCIP).
- Experienced Personal Lines Account Manager or equivalent; Commercial Lines experience is an asset.
- Strong relationship-builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused with an eye for detail.
- University degree is an asset but attitude, initiative, and aptitude matter most.
