Restoration Project Manager

Servpro of the Okanagan Valley is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects including mitigation, reconstruction coordination, and specialty losses.
This role requires full lifecycle project management, field leadership, structured documentation, financial accountability, and client communication within a 24/7 emergency response environment.
Structured scheduling, defined documentation standards, and clear financial accountability are core expectations of this position.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage restoration projects from initial site visit through completion
· Scope work and develop mitigation and reconstruction execution plans
· Lead field technicians and coordinate subcontractors and trades
· Manage daily scheduling and resource allocation
· Monitor labor, equipment utilization, subcontractor performance, and job progress
· Maintain accurate and defensible documentation in company systems
· Serve as primary point of contact for customers and insurance representatives
· Identify scope changes early and communicate proactively
· Conduct jobsite quality assurance reviews
· Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years restoration project management experience
· Experience managing insurance-driven residential and commercial losses
· Working knowledge of mitigation best practices and reconstruction sequencing
· Experience developing mitigation and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate with attention to scope accuracy and margin protection
· Proven ability to lead field crews and coordinate trades
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Valid driver’s license
· IICRC certifications considered an asset
Work Schedule
We operate in a 24/7/365 emergency response environment. Standard working hours are typically 7:30am–4:30pm, with evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities as required.
Competitive compensation offered based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
