The Position
LIVunLtd currently has an opening for an Account Manager. We are searching for a dynamic leader to be part of our professional fitness & wellness team, who has the talent and desire to offer exemplary care and customer service to our corporate members, guests and staff.
Job Description:
- Work Schedule: Work hours will vary between 6am-6pm with a combination of opening and closing shifts
- Customer Service and Floor Supervision: greet and engage with members, process new member applications, conduct orientations and fitness consultations and ensure that members are exercising safely and effectively.
- Facility: assist with equipment maintenance and communicating Facility needs to the client.
- Wellness: assist with Lunch and Learns, fitness challenges, special events, etc.
- Group Exercise Classes: teach group fitness classes at least weekly as part of your salary.
- Client Relationship: Develop and maintain professional relationship with client contact, acting as the operational liaison.
- Personal Training: Manage personal training program. Conduct personal training sessions outside of scheduled work hours.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or other exercise science degree.
- Group exercise certification from National recognized certifying body.
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid.
- Current Personal Training Certification (CSEP-CEP, CSEP-CPT or similar) an asset.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Enthusiastic and professional manner, suitable to a corporate fitness environment!
