Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic – Okanagan
Nomad Heavy Duty Ltd. is seeking a capable, self-sufficient ticketed red seal Heavy Duty Mechanic for work throughout the Okanagan and north-west B.C.
Compensation Options:
- Subcontractors: $60/hour
- Employees: $50/hour
This posting is primarily geared toward subcontractors. However, we are open to discussing employee positions for the right candidate.
If you’re interested in subcontracting but don’t yet have a sole proprietorship set up, we’re happy to guide you through the process.
Position Details:
- Shifts available: 14 on/ 14 off
- Service truck and tooling provided
- Variety of field work in construction and heavy equipment environments
What We’re Looking For:
- Journeyman/ Red Seal Heavy Duty certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and professional
