Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline service.
- Maintain proper storage of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to restaurant policies on serving sizes, presentation, and portion control to deliver a consistent guest experience.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance and sanitation practices.
Experience
- Prior food service experience, particularly in a restaurant or food industry setting, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cooking techniques specific to grilling and meal preparation.
- Experience with food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Previous kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
