About the Role
We are looking for a warm, organized, and highly professional Patient Engagement & Booking Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be one of the first connection points between prospective patients and the clinic. You will help guide patients through the early stages of their journey by responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments, answering questions, and ensuring patients feel supported every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting Patients
- Respond to new patient inquiries by phone, email, and online forms
- Follow up with patients and help answer questions about consultations and next steps
- Coordinate appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling requests
- Support cosmetic referral inquiries and patient communication
- Help ensure patients receive the information they need in a timely and professional manner
Coordinating Communication
- Monitor and manage shared clinic inboxes
- Respond to patient inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members
- Work closely with Patient Coordinators, Surgical Coordinators, nurses, and physicians to ensure information is communicated accurately
- Help create a seamless experience for patients throughout their journey
Supporting Clinic Operations
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
- Assist with administrative coordination and reporting as required
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and scheduling activities
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, patient-facing, coordination, administrative, or similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and create a positive experience for patients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Confidence communicating with patients and helping guide them through next steps
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- Experience working in a healthcare, medical, cosmetic, or other service-oriented environment is considered an asset
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, coordination, administrative, or similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and create a positive experience for patients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Confidence communicating with patients, answering questions, and helping guide them through next steps
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems and technology
- Experience working with scheduling, CRM, booking, or practice management software is considered an asset
- Experience working in a healthcare, cosmetic, professional services, hospitality, or other service-oriented environment is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
