We are seeking an experienced and skilled Journeyman Carpenter/Window Installer Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in carpentry and window installation, along with strong leadership abilities to oversee projects and manage a team of installers. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the installation team.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Perform carpentry and window installation tasks as needed.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and installers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a journeyman carpenter and window installer.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
