Cook / Line Cook – Full-Time (Greek & Mediterranean Cuisine)
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Cook / Line Cook to join our kitchen team in a permanent, full-time role. This position offers 35–44 hours per week, with weekend and shift availability required.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes to restaurant standards
- Execute prep work efficiently and maintain consistency during service
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, especially for guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Portion food accurately and help maintain cost control standards
- Estimate food requirements and assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional cooking experience (cook, line cook, or chef role)
- Experience in high-volume or restaurant kitchen environments preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- No formal culinary education required
