Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead business development and drive revenue growth. This role will focus on expanding our logistics and fulfillment business, with a strong emphasis on candidates from 3PL / contract logistics backgrounds who bring established local client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Develop and expand key accounts in 3PL, contract logistics, and e-commerce sectors
- Leverage existing client network to generate new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-to-large clients
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales or business development experience in 3PL / contract logistics
- Proven track record of revenue generation and deal closing
- Strong local client network and business resources (must-have)
- Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or cross-border logistics
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing or building a sales team
- Strong ownership and accountability

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
