General Labourer - Truss Builder (Temporary to Permanent)

They are looking for additional help from professional, friendly, hardworking associates, who go the extra distance to ensure the job gets done right and on time.
What you will be doing as a General Labourer - Truss Builder:
- Will be using hand tools, power tools, measuring lasers OFTEN – must be experienced accordingly
- Focus on customer expectations
- Verify customer orders are accurate
- Building orders for shipping
- Effectively communicates with team on any issues or ideas for improvement
- Fast paced manufacturing environment
- Focus on customer expectations
- Use of basic hand and electric tools to perform duties
- Lifting 20lbs regularly & 50lbs occasionally
- SOME roles with require a forklift license (counterbalance, rough terrain), to move product in and out of the yard (indoors and outdoors)
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you should have as a General Labourer - Truss Builder:
- Ability to use hand tools
- 2+ year(s) of construction, manufacturing or wood working experience
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills: ability to read a tape measure, basic measurement calculations
- Transportation is required, as public transit is not available
- CSA approved safety shoes/boots
In return you will receive:

- Paid weekly, every Friday (1 week behind)

- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends
The Shift You Will Be Working Is:
- Days - Monday to Friday
- 6 am to 3:15 pm
