We’re on the lookout for a reliable and energetic Overnight Crew member to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our late-night operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with food industry tasks such as food handling, storage, and portioning during overnight shifts.
- Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during overnight hours efficiently.
- Customer service skills that help create a positive experience for guests even during late-night hours.
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is a plus; willingness to learn new skills is essential.
- Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and maintaining a team-oriented attitude.
