Intelligence House is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team! If you have a passion for real estate, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
· Actively promote and lease rental properties
· Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
· Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential renters
· Assist with lease applications, paperwork, and approvals
· Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and property managers
· Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· A proactive and results-driven attitude
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Previous leasing and/or real estate experience
· A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred
