The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our Edmonton team. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role where your product knowledge and sales skills translate directly into earning potential.
Compensation potential exceeding $70,000/year through a competitive base wage plus commission program.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers (retailers, installers, and dealers)
- Drive inside sales by identifying customer needs and recommending the right products
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay sharp on product knowledge across our full catalogue
- Collaborate with a high-caliber team in a supportive, results-driven environment
What You Bring
Industry Knowledge (an asset, not a dealbreaker):
- Familiarity with aftermarket performance parts and accessories
- Experience with light truck, off-road, diesel, audio, or remote starter products
Skills & Attributes:
- A genuine passion for the automotive aftermarket world
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a true team player
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and order entry
- Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset — we serve customers across Canada and French-language skills open doors to a broader customer base and additional earning potential
