What We Look For:
- Proven experience with fiberglass, auto body repair, or professional painting.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with sanding and color blending.
- A valid driver’s license and a customer-first attitude.
- Core Responsibilities
- Inspect bathtubs, showers, and surrounds to diagnose cracks, chips, and structural weak spots.
- Prepare damaged surfaces by grinding, widening cracks, and sanding away loose materials.
- Inject expanding polyurethane foam to reinforce sagging or spongy tub floors.
- Cut, place, and saturate fiberglass mats with resin to rebuild structurally compromised areas.
- Apply and sculpt fiberglass-reinforced fillers to restore the original shape of the fixture.
- Mix colors, pigments, and catalysts to precisely match the tub’s existing gel coat or enamel.
- Spray or roll gel coats and specialized coatings evenly over the repaired surface.
- Perform multi-stage wet sanding and buffing to blend patches seamlessly into the surrounding area.
- Maintain, clean, and safely store spray guns, respirators, and power tools.
- Drive a company vehicle to residential or commercial job sites daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and keeping work areas clean.
- Document completed jobs, materials used, and before-and-after photos via a mobile app.
