DioLaz Canada is a growing company in the clinical aesthetics, health care devices, and skincare industry. We provide professional aesthetic devices, health care solutions, skincare products, educational resources, and client support for clinics, medical spas, beauty professionals, and business customers.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level, client-facing role for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable communicating with customers, and interested in sales, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and business operations.
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support daily sales, marketing, social media, lead tracking, and e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new platforms, creating content, communicating with clients, and helping a growing company build a strong and professional brand presence.
The successful candidate should be organized, reliable, professional in communication, and comfortable representing the company when interacting with potential clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, website forms, and social media messages.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Assist with product information, pricing questions, order details, and general client support.
- Record leads accurately in the company’s lead tracking system, CRM, spreadsheet, or assigned platform.
- Track lead status, customer needs, follow-up dates, and next steps.
- Follow up with prospective customers in a timely and organized manner.
- Help maintain a clear and updated sales pipeline.
Marketing & Social Media
- Assist with daily marketing activities and brand promotion.
- Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook.
- Reply to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a professional tone.
- Help prepare promotional content, product posts, educational content, stories, reels, and short videos.
- Support the planning of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and client education content.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across online channels.
Digital Advertising Support
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign preparation.
- Help create basic ad copy, visuals, and short-form content.
- Monitor basic campaign performance under guidance.
- Track leads generated from online advertising.
- Help organize advertising results and report basic performance data.
Design, Content & Video Editing
- Create basic marketing graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
- Edit simple short videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, or other platforms.
- Prepare product images, promotional banners, social media visuals, and customer-facing materials.
- Ensure content is clear, professional, and aligned with the company’s brand style.
E-commerce & Operations
- Assist with Shopify product updates, customer information, orders, and basic website operations.
- Support Amazon-related tasks, product listings, order tracking, and customer service as needed.
- Use Freightcom or similar shipping platforms to assist with shipping quotes, shipment preparation, tracking, and logistics records.
- Help organize product information, order records, customer notes, and operational documents.
- Learn and use new software platforms as required by the company.
General Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate internal records.
- Help prepare sales and marketing reports.
- Support daily office and operational tasks.
- Assist with events, local client visits, product demonstrations, or business-related errands when needed.
- Represent DioLaz Canada in a professional and respectful manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the workplace.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional local work-related travel, meetings, events, or errands.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook business use.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing ability using tools such as Canva Video, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software.
- Comfortable learning platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Freightcom, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of sales, marketing, and operational tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- French language skills are an asset.
- Bilingual English/French communication skills are strongly preferred.
- Experience using Shopify, Amazon Seller tools, Freightcom, CRM software, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Interest in the beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, health care, or clinic industry.
- Experience creating social media content, short videos, reels, or marketing graphics.
- Previous customer service, retail, sales, office, or marketing internship experience.

Compensation
