Experience:
- 2 -4 years line cook experience
- 1 year management experience
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management and coaching of BOH staff.
- Problem solving skills.
- Expediting a busy restaurant pass..
- Work well in a team environment.
- Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends).
- Maintain a clean workstation.
- Efficiency and time management.

Pay: $48,500.00 per year
