What You’ll Do
- Lead by example during prep and service.
- Produce high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail.
- Support commissary production, catering, and festival operations.
- Help organize daily prep and maintain an efficient kitchen.
- Coach and support junior cooks while fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory, receiving, stock rotation, and prep planning.
- Support off-site events and special projects as required.
- Work collaboratively with chefs, supervisors, and teammates to ensure every service is successful.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.
- Leadership qualities and the confidence to lead by example.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, accountable, and professional.
- Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
Compensation & Growth
Starting wage is $18.00–$22.00/hour, depending on experience.
We believe strong performance should be recognized. Team members who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to our standards may be eligible for a performance-based wage review after up to 60 days of employment, with the opportunity to earn up to $23.00/hour.
