Concrete Form Setter / Finisher

We are a rapidly growing concrete contractor operating throughout the London and Woodstock region, and we are currently seeking experienced Concrete Formsetters and Finishers to join our team.
We perform a variety of commercial and residential concrete projects and are looking for skilled individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and reliability.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years experience in concrete form setting and/or concrete finishing
- Ability to read grades, measurements, and site plans
- Knowledge of commercial and residential concrete construction
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Responsibilities
- Set and strip concrete forms accurately and efficiently
- Place, level, and finish concrete to specification
- Perform broom, trowel, and exposed finishes as required
- Work with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
