Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Property Manager to oversee the BC Housing portfolio. This role requires a professional with strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid background in property management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of property operations for the BC Housing portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Utilize Yardi software for data entry, rent collection, and financial reporting to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure maintenance standards are met and address any issues promptly.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and maintaining tenant records efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with tenants via phone and in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Negotiate lease terms and resolve tenant concerns to foster positive relationships and high tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant housing policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid property management license required.
- Proven experience in property management, office administration, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Yardi software.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in filing and administrative tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage tenant relationships diplomatically.
- Experience in sales or marketing of rental units is a plus.

Pay: $45,468.66-$103,558.80 per year
