Summary:
We are looking for reliable and experienced Mobile Security Guards to join our team. In this role, you will conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols, respond promptly to alarms and emergency calls, perform lock-up and unlock services, and inspect client properties to identify and report security or safety concerns. You will help protect clients, staff, and property by maintaining a visible security presence, responding effectively to incidents, and ensuring sites remain safe and secure. As a representative of the company, you are expected to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety while delivering exceptional service across multiple locations.
Duties:
- Conduct mobile patrols and security inspections of assigned sites.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and visible security presence.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Stay alert, assess situations quickly, and follow company procedures.
- Apply knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and the Criminal Code of Canada in daily duties.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License required.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in mobile security or a similar security role preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to work independently.
- Highly observant with strong attention to detail.
- Physically able to patrol sites and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
