Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Brand Ambassador to join our Edmonton team. This is a customer-facing role based in event and retail settings, suited for someone who thrives in people-first environments, enjoys representing products they believe in, and wants to grow within a results-oriented organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent brands in a professional and engaging manner at event-based promotions
- Connect with customers to understand their interests and match them with the right products or services
- Communicate campaign details, promotions, and product information clearly and accurately
- Support customers through the decision-making process and ensure a positive experience
- Stay current on campaigns, product knowledge, and promotional materials
- Relay customer insights and feedback to the team to help improve future campaigns
- Take part in ongoing training and team development sessions
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Comfortable working in dynamic, customer-facing settings including event-based promotions and retail activations
- Motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative
- A team player who also works well independently
- Reliable transportation and availability for in-person work in the Edmonton area
- A background in sales, customer service, or marketing is an asset but not required
