Personal Lines Account Manage – In Office

At Stan Darling Insurance, as part of our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team working in our Barrie office - Mallory Insurance Brokers.
About the Role
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll manage an established book of business providing expert guidance and support to our customers. You’ll communicate with customers by phone, email, online chat and in person, assisting with policy changes, renewals, cross-selling opportunities, new business, billing inquiries, and more.
You will also collaborate with teammates and contribute to special projects and process improvements that support our continued growth. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team structure designed to help you focus on customer service.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Active RIBO license
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
- A proactive problem-solving mindset
- Experience working with insurer portals for new business, policy changes, and renewals
- A commitment to staying current on industry changes and building strong insurer relationships
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to embrace change
- A positive, energetic, and solutions focused attitude
