Position Summary
The Aftermarket Sales Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and standardization of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and related aftermarket systems across branches. This role serves as the central owner of PM program, integrity and aftermarket operational coordination, ensuring data accuracy, improved completion rates, operational visibility, and consistent execution across all branches.
Specific Accountabilities
- TMHU Units in Operation & Service Market Share:
- The ongoing administration of moving individual trucks in and out of our UIO
- Identifying, qualifying, and creating TMHU Portal follow-up activities related to truck movement and opportunities
- PM program ownership:
- Maintain PM list integrity including equipment coverage, frequency, contract alignment, and data accuracy
- Identify and correct missing units, duplicates, and system inconsistencies
- Standardized PM process and documentation across branches
- PM planning and execution support
- Prepare and validate monthly PM lists by branch and territory
- Provide vetted PM schedules to dispatch for technician assignment
- Monitor PM aging and completion visibility
- Maintain accurate customer contact information and account setup
- Provide reporting and data support to ASRs and leadership as required
- National & cross territory program coordination:
- Coordinate implementation and follow-up of national agreements
- Support creation and execution of cross-territory aftermarket agreements
- Act as central coordination point for multi-branch aftermarket programs
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
- Post secondary or equivalent education proficiency
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role dealing with customers, invoicing, billing, and coordinating with internal teams
Competencies and Skills
- Proficiency in software tracking tools (CRMD/Softbase)
- Accurate and detail-orientated with strong analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form
- Goal orientated. Able to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects, set schedules and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Power Point
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to
